Delegate
Registration includes all seminars, meals, networking functions, and trade
show. The price for registration is $495 if paid by February 1, 2009.
The price after February 1, 2009 is $595. Additional delegate fee is $195
per additional delegate. Up to three delegates are allowed per company.
There is an additional charge of $595pp/double or $750pp/single for
the Pre-Event.
